Exercising is good for you. It provides an outlet where you can expend energy so you're not all pent up all the time. It allows you to clear your thoughts and focus on the things about your business that matter.

By exercising you make better decisions about your business.

Exercising is hard though. It does take a substantial amount of effort to exercise. You also won't see an immediate benefit to doing it either. It'll take months or even years before a substantial change takes place.

However, that shouldn't dissuade you from exercising. While not having a substantial immediate effect, your body & mind are having a micro-effect. If you add all those micro-effects together, that is where the substantial change takes place.

In conclusion, riding a bike sucks, but it's good for you and should be done!
